The hotel offers spacious rooms that are quite big for Thessaloniki, renovated tastefully with a large, comfortable bathroom. The service is generally good, with smiling and polite staff, though there were instances of smoke while working. The location is convenient, being centrally located with the possibility of free parking at the back of the hotel. The dining experience was decent, with a good variety of food to choose from.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were cozy and clean, and I appreciated not having to use the slow elevator. They were very spacious with complete amenities, although the noisy road outside was a downside.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with some positive and negative aspects. The rooms are more suitable for children with smaller beds and lack of air conditioning or modern furniture; cleanliness was not exceptional and decor seemed outdated. On the positive side, rooms come with a minifridge/minibar, but improvements are necessary.
